Dr. jennifer Beall and Dr. leigh ann Higgins are board certified in internal medicine
We care for adult patients, ages 18 and up
Monthly fee: $130/per patient, billed monthly (10% discount on annual payments)
Enrollment fee: $115, one time fee at enrollment
Chronic Disease Management & Preventive Health Care
Dr. Beall and Dr. Higgins trained in Internal Medicine at the highest caliber universities in the United States, and each has more than 20 years of clinical experience. We seek to reduce preventable hospitalizations and Emergency Department visits by providing outstanding preventive care and chronic disease management.
In-Office Discounted Medication Dispensing
We stock many commonly used medications and dispense at significant cost savings. This includes both daily medications and medications taken for acute short-term needs. Patients can enjoy both cost savings and the convenience of avoiding that second stop at the pharmacy, which is particularly inconvenient when you are not feeling well. Please note DEA controlled medications will not be kept on site.
Timely Appointments For Acute Problems
Many acute medical issues require prompt attention, and we have designed our practice so that we can be available the same day or the next day to address them. No long waits to have an acute problem addressed or having to go to an outside urgent care due to lack of appointments.
Access For Urgent Issues After Hours
We understand urgent issues can come up after hours. If you need us for an urgent issue, please call us. We ask that for non-urgent matters, you wait until office hours. For medical emergencies, be sure to call 911 and have emergency medical services dispatched as soon as possible.
Procedures
Dr. Beall and Dr. Higgins may offer procedures in the office based on their individual expertise. These may include laceration repair, suture removal, incision and drainage of abscess, skin biopsy, wart removal, joint injection, wound care, nebulizer treatment, IUD removal, and ear lavage. Many procedures are included in your monthly fee, or are performed at a small additional charge of $30.00.
Home Visits & Telehealth Visits
Home visits
If your situation makes it difficult to come to the office, we will make an effort to accommodate you at your home.
A $150 fee may apply depending on availability and location.
Telehealth visits
Included in your membership fee, via video or phone.
Relaxed Visits With Your Doctor
Office visits and physicals are included with your membership. There are no copays for visits to the office. No more rushed 7-minute appointments. Plenty of time for thorough quality care. Except in rare instances, your visits will be with your physician every time. No bouncing around from provider to provider every time you seek medical attention. We provide true continuity of care.
Women’s Health Care
We provide annual women’s health exams including pap smears to screen for cervical cancer. We provide evaluations for gynecologic issues including irregular menses, sexually transmitted infections, and counseling for contraception and family planning.
